Do you feel like you just need someone to listen to you?

Sometimes it can feel like there's no one to talk to. Sometimes the stress, anxiety, or worries in life can just keep stacking up.

The group I'm a part of does counseling, seminars, and provides self-help books that can give relief. We believe that with communication you can do something about any problem. But most people hold most of their stress in.

Right now we're doing free counseling, too. If you don't want to go to a psychiatrist or psychologist or get a prescription but you do believe that help is possible, then we're the group for you.

Who knows, maybe after you are helped you'll be more able to help the other people around you! Many of the counselors in our group were once receiving counseling from us!

At the very least, I can give you a tour and show you some films and you can decide after that if what we do makes sense to you and if you're comfortable with getting some counseling.
