The ideal individual must have Property Management experience, strong leadership skills, be goal-oriented and have a desire to grow professionally. This job utilizes skills in Management and Marketing while providing rapid advancement opportunities. The Property Manager oversees all aspects of the property - Front Desk, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Safety & Marketing. Critical skills include employee selection & training, local marketing, cost control, & a high commitment to quality. This position will be responsible for direction and training of all site personnel, consisting of 6-10 team members. As such, they must work well with others and be equally comfortable in both an individual and team setting. Computer experience in Microsoft Office is required, as well as property management software experience.

* Flexible demeanor and excellent customer service skills essential;
* Prior experience as Hotel Manager or Apartment Property Manager preferred;
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience preferred;
* Must have valid driver’s license.
