I am a part of a group that offers free counseling to people that are interested. We can help with stress, depression, and anxiety as well as just give you a good ear to what you have on your mind.

Our motto is: "No matter what your problem is, something can be done about it."

We also have classes, seminars, lectures, films, books, and DVDs all geared to helping you overcome the problems in your life.
