Front and back yards with yard maintenance taken care of, ceramic tile throughout, NICE kitchen with almost new appliances, washer/dryer in storage room, porch for watching the neighborhood walk by, good living space with some room for more furniture. Your bathroom is the common bath, but is also connected to your room and has a gorgeous new natural stone shower that was put in when I was first moving in. Well taken care of, clean with nice details...my first roommate and I moved in because I loved the kitchen and she loved the crown molding.
