We have two rooms for rent in a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath house with a spare room in the front that we have been using as an extra bedroom. The rooms for rent are both actual bedrooms and for a little extra the master bedroom could also be available. The house is located in the Iberville Terrace neighborhood off of Perkins between Bluebonnet and Siegen. The neighborhood is very quiet but still close to LSU, BRCC, Perkins Rowe, the mall, etc. The current residents are three male LSU students. The house has a good sized backyard and a driveway with a carport and small paving area in the back big enough for six or so cars without anyone having to move to let each other out. If one person moves in rent will be $300 or if two people move in rent would be $250 each. It will be ready to move into right after Christmas but you'd be welcome to stop by and take a look anytime before then.
