I need a female sublease for one person in a three bedroom and three bathroom apartment at Campus Crossing on Brightside. It's about a 10 minute drive to the LSU campus with traffic. The cost is $484 a month including cable, internet and water. The only other bill is the electricity bill from entergy. Split between three roomates it's usualy about $45 a month.
The apartment is also completely furnished. The bedroom had a full-size bed, a dresser and a desk. The closet is pretty big with extra storage at the top. Each bathroom is located within the individual's room.
There are two other girls already living here. They are great roomates, and both girls are college-aged. They're really quiet and often out of town. They also are ok with pets.
