About the house: new home, very nice, on lake, four bedrooms, three full bathrooms. My plan is to get housemates to pay the mortgage off early. The apartment is also completely furnished. The bedroom had a full-size bed, a dresser and a desk. The closet is pretty big with extra storage at the top. Each bathroom is located within the individual's room.

There are two other girls already living here. They are great roomates, and both girls are college-aged. They're really quiet and often out of town. They also are ok with pets.
