A current, valid photo ID is required for all applicants.
Application Approval Criteria
To qualify, applicants must:
• Complete the entire application
• Provide only truthful, accurate information
• Have no negative rental history
• Have a minimum monthly income of three times the rent, or have a qualified co‑signer, or possess adequate, verifiable savings
Any incomplete application will be declined without processing, and the applicant will forfeit the application fee.
Applications are available at the property inside a box mounted on the balcony railing.

Viewing Appointment Policy
A refundable $20 appointment deposit is required in advance (via secure payment link, Zelle, or another approved method). This policy was implemented due to repeated no‑shows. If the appointment is kept the $20 viewing appointment deposit can be immediately refunded or applied to the application fee.
