REDUCED PRICE: This wonderful piece is an all-original gorgeous walnut "spool-legged " or "bobbin-turned" end table with unmistakable styling, including a "turtle shell-shaped" top . The piece is 100% authentic, with original carved and brass accents -- ALL complete and right. -- all hand-crafted and carved. It is all totally original and correct but no makers mark I can see. The construction is very solid. This is NOT a cheap "knock-off." It comes from a Baton Rouge estate and was purchased from Causey's Antiques at the corner of St. Charles Ave. and Government St. in the early 1960's. At that time, it was an antique and was probably made in the very early 1900's. (Who remembers Causey's Antiques in Baton Rouge??)
