Here is an Armco Aquamet #22 stainless steel propeller shaft. It is 2-1/2" diameter x 19' long, with tapered ends with keyway and threads. It does have a crack at one end at the beginning of the keyway, you can see the dye color in the crack highlighted by the gray paint in one of the pics. Otherwise, the shaft is in good condition as far as I can tell. I see no reason the cracked end could not be cut off for a shorter shaft length and machined to fit another propeller. My boat had to have a shaft this length, so I had to replace this shaft with a new one to avoid risk of losing the propeller. This s/s material is not cheap, the new shaft cost $7000. I am selling this one for half that at $3,500 cash only! Call me if you have questions at two two 5- 268- four eight 32.
