Team USA Body Shop is looking for a hands-on, dependable General Manager to lead daily operations and keep our shop running efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who can balance leadership responsibilities with practical, day-to-day tasks like ordering parts and assisting with estimates.
**What You’ll Do:**
* Oversee daily shop operations and manage workflow from intake to completion
* Lead and support technicians and office staff to maintain productivity and quality
* Order parts accurately and track deliveries to avoid delays
* Take clear, detailed photos of vehicles for estimates and insurance documentation
* Assist with preparing and reviewing repair estimates
* Communicate with customers and insurance companies as needed
* Ensure jobs stay on schedule and meet quality standards
**What We’re Looking For:**
* Experience in automotive repair, collision, or body shop operations is a plus, but not required
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
* Organized and detail-oriented, especially with parts ordering and documentation
* Comfortable using basic software, estimating systems, and smartphones for photos
* Ability to multitask and stay on top of a fast-paced workflow
* Reliable, proactive, and team-focused
