Full-Day Mock Trial Juror - $40/hour - In Baton Rouge 7/15/26 (Iberville, East BR, West BR Parish Residents)

We are seeking residents of Iberville, East Baton Rouge, and West Baton Rouge Parishes to participate as a mock juror in a mock trial being held in Baton Rouge on July 15, 2026. Selected participants will observe the presentation of a legal case and provide honest feedback and opinions as part of a structured research study. The mock trial is anticipated to run from 8:00am to 5:00pm with an hour lunch break. The pay is $40/hour.
Duration: Approximately 8 hours - 1 Day
Location: Baton Rouge
Responsibilities:
In advance of mock trial, complete a basic application questionnaire and if selected, a Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to the start of the Mock Trial
Day of the Mock Trial:
Review presentations during the Mock Trial and provide real-time feedback as required
Participate in group deliberations and discussions
Provide thoughtful, candid feedback
Complete brief questionnaires during Mock Trial session, as needed
To Participate, you must:
Be 18+ years old
Be available for the entire day without interruption (breaks will be provided to check your phone, etc.)
Be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement
