For sale (54' 3''x13' inside dimensions) . Must move. Well taken care of. No holes in the roof or the flooring(original). Almost new a/c unit( its in the pic). Electric central Heating unit separate from the AC, power pole, front porch,washer, electric stove, refrigerator included. Electrical wiring is in awesome shape.
