Used this trusty window unit for years before retiring it to the garage. It’s seen some summers but still blows air and the different modes work fine. Probably needs a Freon recharge to hit peak chill again.
The back grill is a little beat up (check the pics), and the accordion-style window sheaths are worn out—should be replaced. They expand from about 24” to 30–32”, so it’ll fit most standard windows.
Comes with the remote control so you don’t have to get up to adjust it—because let’s be honest, that’s half the reason to own a remote.
Not the prettiest unit, but it’ll get the job done if you give it a little TLC.
