Chair is in okay condition but there is a rip at a back corner. Its not the most noticeable and could be mended if desired. Theres also some normal wear. Reclining mechanism works as intended. I can measure if you are extremely big but it should accommodate most normal sized adults. Located in Prairieville and prefer it to be picked up but have a pick up and go to BR weekly for groceries.
