This is a K&W Model 4F10S10305. It is a 1HP pump, 10 gpm, max depth around 470 feet with around 200 psi.
I’ll add pictures of spec sheet so you can see if it will work for you.
Originally this was going on for a deer camp but owner died shortly after installing and so family sold off everything.
I have video of it working and has no problem. It is a 2 wire/220v pump. Looking around on internet, this assembly has an average price of $1500

I was going to keep as a backup to my current pump but find that I need new tires on my trailer. So hopefully someone needs it.
Will consider trades for something of similar value.
