This little guy lets you pedal like you’re on a bike—while sitting in a regular chair. Great for folks who can’t do high-impact workouts but still want to move. Perfect for physical therapy, especially for knees, ankles, and hips.
Resistance can go up a decent amount, but it’s really designed with elderly users or people rehabbing an injury in mind. That said, you can still work up a sweat if you go for 15–30 minutes!
