Looking for a 1-2 bedroom house ( my budget is 1,000$ monthly with utilities included.)I am working at the bank, have a clean record, can provide pay stubs and 5 recommendations letters from past landlords, friends, coworkers, and bosses at work! I also am willing to do a drug screen as I am a non smoker.I have pay stubs to provide proof of income and employment. I’m in school at bishop state college and have a 1 year old daughter.
