We are looking for an experienced and dependable OPERATOR to join our team. This position requires someone who can safely operate equipment, complete paperwork accurately, and maintain a strong work ethic every day.
Responsibilities:
Operate skid steer equipment safely and efficiently
Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
Load, move, and grade materials as needed
Lead and work alongside crew members on job sites
Complete daily reports, paperwork, and job documentation
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Communicate effectively with supervisors, customers, and team members.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license required
Previous skid steer operating experience required
Dependable and punctual
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to complete paperwork accurately and on time
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Must be able to lift, bend, and perform physical labor as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in construction, dirt work, landscaping, or site preparation
CDL is a plus, but not required
