Garry Lewis Properties is locally owned and operated. Established over 50 years. We manage our own Property Portfolio involving maintenance of residential and commercial property. We are hiring for the Livingston location.
Full time position with alternating on-call/after hours. Benefits include 5 paid holidays.
Technician must be EPA certified, current valid driver’s license. A minimum of 2 years experience and/ or provide proof of HVAC education completion. Must have a reliable vehicle and own tools.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Diagnosing and troubleshooting residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
Ordering, replacing warranty and non-warranty parts.
Performing routine and preventative maintenance.
Ensure that all jobs are completed on schedule to highest of standards.
Removing and installing new HVAC systems if needed.
Must be able to troubleshoot, repair, describe work performed, and sign off on completed work orders.
Must be able to delegate work to team employees
Need good communication with managers, team employees, and our customers.
