I see him often. Not wanting to insult, I'd have to guess his heritage. Dark features, nice face. And, lately, I think he's working out. Looking very fit especially when he wears a white shirt. Realizing I'm already sounding like a stalker, I will say I'd never invade his space or do anything stupid. If he sees this, and has noticed me "gawking" and smiling at him when I pass by, hopefully he'll let me know if he wishes I'd approach or back away.
