Part time Assistant Property Manager need for overseeing owner's private Real Estate. The minimal hours required are Mon-Fri 9am to 12noon. Primary emphasis will be in-office duties, such as, rent collection, paying bills, bookkeeping, secretarial, leasing, keeping up with documents, and communicating with prospects, tenants, vendors and contractors. Secondary duties will involve out of office tasks, such as, filling vacancies, purchasing, driving to and checking on properties and repairs. Must have own reliable transportation.
