Quiet neighborhood. The address is 7241 Tracey Lee Drive.
This is for a room in a house, not the entire house. I have another room an available in that house for $10 less.
I am looking for a friendly, honest person who wants to live in a comfortable house in a quiet, small neighborhood. NO DRUGS (including pot) allowed. NO criminal activity allowed. that is only a few miles from LSU.
The room is upstairs. It used to be a loft but I put in walls to make it super private. There is a queen-size bed, shelves, a table, a chair, 2 walk in closets. Nothing too fancy but it is a welcoming place.
Good Wifi throughout the house.
Water and electricity are provided at no cost to you (another huge saving)
The kitchen is equipped but there is no dishwasher. Shared bathroom.
The other roommates (2 males, 1 female) are quiet people.
The rent is $515/month with a security deposit of $300 that you will easily and quickly get back when you leave.
I am open to an option without security deposit but the rent will be $555.
I’m ok with weekly rental for $155/week. You would have to pay the first and last week upon moving in.
No application fee or things of that nature.
