This pertains to a single room within a home, not the complete residence. For $10 cheaper, I have another room available in that house.
I'm searching for a kind, trustworthy individual who wishes to live in a cozy home in a peaceful, small community. No drugs, including marijuana, are permitted. Criminal action is not permitted. LSU is just a few miles away from that.
It's an upstairs room. It was once a loft, but I added walls to make it quite private. A queen-size bed, two walk-in closets, shelving, a table, and a chair are all there. It's not really upscale, but it's a friendly place.
The entire house has good WiFi.You receive free electricity and water (another significant savings).
Although the kitchen is furnished, there isn't a dishwasher. shared restroom.
The other two male housemates are reserved individuals.
The monthly rent is $515, and there is a $300 security deposit, which you will promptly and simply receive returned when you vacate.
The rent will be $555, however I'm open to an alternative without a security deposit.
A weekly rental of $160 is acceptable to me. When you move in, you would have to pay for the first and last weeks.
