Remote entry will be available for the tenant, the location is near department stores which is pretty ideal . There is a man made lake with fish, and fishing is allowed; there are also migratory ducks ,geese , and other birds that use the lake and grassy areas. The paved paths around the lake are used for walking and jogging, while grassy areas are used for relaxation and barbecue . The area is extremely quiet and private, so must see to appreciate.
The bedroom itself is fully furnished: a new full size mattress, a full size dresser , a bed dresser and a large walk in closet,; the bedroom has a ceiling fan, has new carpet, and has been freshly painted. All is needed is sheets and pillow
The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware; both the dining room and living room are furnished . This is a beautiful Villa that is kept very clean
