Remote entry access will be available for the tenant, the location is near department stores which is pretty ideal . There is a man made lake with fish, and fishing is allowed; there are also migratory ducks ,geese , and other birds that use the lake and grassy areas. The paved paths around the lake are used for walking, biking, and jogging, while grassy areas are used for relaxation and barbecue . The area is extremely quiet, safe, and private...must see it to appreciate it.
The bedroom itself is fully furnished : a new full size mattress, a large dresser , a bed dresser ,and a closet. The bedroom has a ceiling fan, has new carpet, and has been freshly painted. All is needed is sheets and pillow
The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware; both the dining room and living room are furnished . This is a beautiful Villa that is kept very clean
The guest had a family emergency and needed to leave in order to help his family so the bedroom has recently become available; I have had professional and stable tenants
