Quiet, spacious room in very nice house and awesome neighborhood. Less than one mile from Perkins Rowe and about 2 miles from the Mall of Louisiana. Excellent neighborhood.
No lease needed. To move out you have to give me a 30-day notice. You can stay as long as you want of course but if you decide you want to live somewhere else, a 30-day notice will do.
4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms (one is off-limit because it is in the master bedroom).
There are 3 other reliable, nice, easy-going males who live there.
Kitchen, game room, gazebo (ideal for grilling outside). There is a pool but it is out of order and won’t be fixed. Washer and dryer in the house (no coins needed – just buy your own detergent and go for it).
The house has fiber high-speed wifi with AT&T.
Utilities are included BUT should the electricity bill be more than $250 then whatever amount over $250 will be split in 4. I take care of mowing the lawn.
There is a queen-sized bed in the room but you are more than welcome to use your own. If you are honest, drama-free and pay rent on time, reply to this ad. If you do drugs, don’t reply please. Two rent options:
-$520 with a security deposit of $400 (you get it back when you move out as long as you have given me the 30-day notice and the room is in good condition and clean)
-$560 without any security deposit.
I am ok with a weekly option for $165 per week. The first AND last week must be paid upon moving in though. less less
