There is WiFi/internet, and a washer and a dryer in the closet, which are available for everyone living here to use. You have 2 options: 1) Rent for the room is $575 a month, and deposit is $225. Internet is included, but electricity is split evenly three ways. You need to give me a 30-day advance notice to get back the deposit minus your shares of unpaid electricity bills and a possible cleaning fee upon moving out. Or 2) rent is $160 a week which covers both electricity and internet, and deposit is $100. You will get back the deposit minus a possible cleaning fee upon moving out. I am an easy-going, quiet, and clean single male living a simple life. I don't smoke cigarette, nor drink alcohol, nor use drugs. You must be a non-alcoholic who is mature, respectful, and responsible. Smoking inside is not allowed. You must have a job, clean up after yourself, and can pay your rent in full and on time each and every time rent is due. I want my roommate to not waste electricity by leaving lights, fans, etc. on when he is not inside his room. I prefer somebody who is comfortable with temperature readings in the living room around 72 F when air conditioner is turned on, and around 65 F when heater needs to be turned on.
