PRIVATE ENTRANCE. Quiet neighborhood.
This is for a room in a house, not the entire house.
Utilities and Wifi are included! Washer and dryer in the house (free to use - just buy your detergent).
I am looking for a friendly, honest person who wants to live in a comfortable house in a quiet, small neighborhood. NO DRUGS (including pot) allowed. NO criminal activity allowed. that is only a few miles from LSU.
The room has a private entrance to the house. Nobody else uses that entrance. Great privacy.
The room has a queen-size bed, a table, a chair, a closet (the closet is right outside of the room). There are 2 bathrooms but one of them is off limit because it is in the master bedroom.
Nothing too fancy but it is a welcoming place.
The kitchen is equipped but there is no dishwasher.
The other roommates are 3 females and 1 male.
The rent is $515 /month with a security deposit of $400 that you will easily and quickly get back when you leave.
I am open to an option without security deposit but the rent will be $555.
Weekly Ok but it is $155/week. You must pay the first and last week upon moving in.
No application fee or things of that nature.
