Quiet neighborhood. The address is 7241 Tracey Lee Drive.
This is for a room in a 5 bedroom house, not the entire house. I have a bigger room available in the same house for $20 more per month.
I am looking for a friendly, honest person who wants to live in a comfortable house in a quiet, small neighborhood. NO DRUGS (including pot) allowed. NO criminal activity allowed. that is only a few miles from LSU.
The room has a twin size bed, a table, chair, closet AND a mini fridge.
There are 2 bathrooms but one of them is off limit because it is in the master bedroom.
Good Wifi throughout the house.
Water and electricity are provided at no cost to you (another huge saving)
The kitchen is equipped but there is no dishwasher. Shared bathroom.
The other roommates (2males) are quiet people.
The rent is $495/month with a security deposit of $300 that you will easily and quickly get back when you leave.
I am open to an option without security deposit but the rent will be $535.
I’m ok with weekly rental for $150/week. You would have to pay the first and last week upon moving in.
No application fee or things of that nature.
