I have a very nice room for rent and Denham Springs. The room includes your rent, electricity, fastest Wi-Fi, water, and garbage. Room has a 4 post king size bed. A 65 inch TV with Roku wall mounted and bed. The location is great. You’re just minutes away from the Juban Park Mall and interstate and if you go the other direction, your in Walker and the airport Vincent, Gonzales and St Amantt. You have use of the washer and dryer and all appliances, including dishes. I have a 75 inch TV in the living room room with a sectional that is comfortable and grateful for entertaining. I make sure that every tenant is comfortable and feels at home
