I had a nice room in my home for rent. The rent includes, of course the rent, electricity, water, garbage and a 65 inch TV in the room with Roku. A very nice expensive twin bed in the room as well. Use of my washing machine and dryer and all kitchen appliances. I do not allow smoking in my house, but I have a deck and then the front and a patio in the back with a hammock and chair chairs as well.
