2020 Grand Design Solitude 385 GK-R 5th wheel. Full body custom paint, unique floor plan with interior stairs on non-door side. Living/kitchen area features a large island with double sink, solid countertops, 3 burner gas stove and oven, microwave/convection oven, and 12 volt residential refrigerator with icemaker. There is a queen sleeper sofa, but the love seat recliners have been removed. The dining table with 4 chairs has been turned horizontal to provide more space but can easily be changed back to original position. Upper cabinets on 3 walls, lots of interior storage, including a large pantry and built-in drawers in kitchen cabinets. 52" TCL TV (with Roku) on a televator, electric fireplace, onboard vacuum system, and Splendide stacking washer and dryer located next to pantry in living area. AC/heat pump in living room, MaxAir fan in kitchen, exhaust fan in bathroom and AC in bedroom. Bathroom features a large shower with sunroof and sliding cover, glass shower doors as well as a shower curtain, ceramic toilet, large cabinet above toilet, medicine chest above sink with cabinet and drawer below sink. Bedroom includes a king bed, storage under the bed with a slide-out bench and storage, full-width closet with shelves on both sides and sliding mirrored doors, a floor-to-ceiling storage cabinet with shelves, a 6-drawer dresser with hidden storage area and a smaller TV with Roku. The exterior features 2 large awnings, 2 super-slides in living/kitchen area and 2 in the bedroom. There's a large pass-thru storage area with drop-frame design. Upgrades include a Wilderness RV Hybrid king mattress, folding wooden extension to one end of the island and extra built-in drawers in the kitchen. We will include a Garmin RV GPS as well as a tire pressure monitoring system. The tires are less than 2 years old and in good condition.
