This is a fully featured camper in excellent condition. This compact and lightweight yet highly featured camper has a smooth-sided fiberglass exterior with aluminum-framed construction and polystyrene insulation for superior temperature stability in winter and summer. The entry door features a friction hinge and easily accessible and sturdy solid steps with a nightlight for the steps. The rear of the camper has a sturdy mounted ladder for easy roof access. The entry side of the camper has a very fast power extend and retract awning with LED lights in the awning tube for ample exterior lighting. The exterior baggage doors for the pass-through storage have magnetic catches for easy access and use. There is a quick-connect propane connection at the rear of the camper to supply your accessories off of the camper propane system. The air conditioner has recently been serviced with coils cleaned, a new fan motor and new capacitor. The main sleeping area is in the form of a gas shock lift-assisted murphy bed over a jackknife sofa with storage underneath the sofa. There is 1 slide out with a dinette that makes into a bed with under-seat storage. The refrigerator is an RV standard 12-volt/120-volt/propane absorption refrigerator. An over-the-stove microwave with a turntable is included. An over-the-stove vent hood with light is standard. There is a 3-burner stove with an oven that has never been used. The kitchen includes a unique under-counter trash receptacle and an attractive double sink with a cover. The bath features a very large storage cabinet, standard RV toilet, sink with a medicine cabinet above, and a roomy, rounded corner shower with glass sliding doors. The bath also features controls and level sensors for all RV utilities. All exterior trim covers have been replaced. Brand new air conditioner fan motor and capacitor. Brand new toilet flush valve.
