The Leasing Agent will be expected to conduct property tours for prospective tenants, manage the leasing process from application to move-in, maintain knowledge of local housing laws and regulations, handle tenant inquiries and resolve conflicts in a professional manner, address any maintenance issues that may arise, utilize property management software such as OneSite and perform administrative tasks as needed.
An understanding of the property leasing processes is a plus. Exceptional phone etiquette for professional communication with clients and tenants is needed. Must be able to demonstrate capabilities to manage documentation and maintain organized records.
