By increasing exposure and generating consistent applicant flow, this platform helps reduce vacancy time, prevent revenue loss, and improve occupancy rates.

Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and professional Listing Agents to connect with landlords and property managers and offer them free property listings with built-in financial incentives.
As a Listing Agent, you will conduct outreach through major rental platforms & online channels, introduce property owners to our platform and guide them toward listing their properties for increased leasing exposure.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct daily outreach to landlords and property managers through online messaging platforms
• Introduce the free listing platform and cash reward opportunities
• Build rapport through friendly, professional conversations via email, text and messaging
• Encourage property owners to provide a phone number for onboarding via text
• Help onboard properties onto the platform
• Maintain consistent outreach volume (20–50 contacts per day)
• Listing Agents may list on behalf of the landlord with emailed written permission.
• Listing Agents are asked to copy and paste their listings in Facebook groups or Facebook Market Place
Compensation
• Commission Performance-Based - earn $15 per rental application generated
• Each property should average at least 7–12 applications
• Estimated earning potential: up to $300+ daily
• Weekly payouts
• Additional opportunities for team-based earnings and revenue splits
• Potential earnings up to $1500+ weekly
Schedule & Flexibility
• Flexible hours
• Typical outreach time: 2 to 3 hours per day
• Additional time may be spent on follow-ups and relationship management
• Agents are assigned a dedicated territory

Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable with online messaging and outreach
• Sales, leasing, or real estate experience preferred
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Basic computer literacy required
