No experience? That’s OK — we will train the right person.
Experience sanding/finishing floors? Even better — higher pay available.
What you’ll be doing:
* Sanding and refinishing hardwood floors
* Occasionally assisting with installs (if experienced – BIG PLUS)
* Working with a crew on residential jobs
What we need from you:
* Show up ON TIME, ready to work
* Good attitude and willingness to learn
* Able to handle physical work (this is NOT a desk job)
* Valid driver’s license
* Reliable transportation (non-negotiable)
